The hotel was okay, with clean rooms but a bit outdated and smelling like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The service was a mix, with some staff being very helpful and nice while others seemed to not understand. The location was convenient, just off the expressway with the amenities we needed. My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, close to the airport and just a short drive to Roanoke. The rooms, although clean and quiet, felt outdated and had a stale smell. The service was a mix of friendly encounters and some rude interactions. Dining options were limited, but the fresh cheese bread was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, the reduced rate advertised was not honored, which was disappointing.
